Tim spent close to 20 years in heating and air before going out on his own. Today we’re a small business based right here at 118 Spindleback Way in Greer.

Highly recommend Tim and his team for good honest work. He was about 1/3 less (cost) than the big companies that were over selling and over quoting what was needed. He replaced our 25 year old unit and in less than a week our new unit stopped working.
So, why does tim get 5 stars when our new unit failed in less than a week? Because he was at our house a couple hours after we called him. He fixed factory installed connector that had come loose and we were off and cooling again. I have used Tim for both my residential and commercial HVAC needs as one of the units at my office failed on a Friday and time was there on Saturday morning fixing it.
Most 5 star reviews mean everything went fine - the best 5 star reviews, in my opinion, involve those less perfect situations that tell you what to expect when everything is not fine. If something isn’t right, tim will make it right!
We called Batson Heating & Air when we recently had a problem with our unit. Tim answered the phone promptly, and was extremely professional and came out to repair the unit quickly.
We had been using another well known company for our service, but decided to try Batson as this is a small local business. I’m so happy we did. We will now be using him for all our hearing and air servicing.
Tim has been in the business close to 20 years and decided to go out on his own. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and got our system up and running quickly.
If you’re considering trying Batson Heating & Air, go ahead, you will not be disappointed. He is fabulous!
Great service even during a busy time of year. Responsive and came right on time. Fixed my issue in 10 minutes and my unit was back to running like a champ on this hot July 4th. He was informative and didn’t mind sharing insights on the equipment like which brands to watch for as an example. I would highly recommend Batson as a great HVAC repair company!
